HiSpeed Laser is a trustworthy industrial laser equipment manufacturer offering a wide range of industrial laser machines. In Dongguan, we operate our own production and assembly workshop with an annual capacity of over 1000 units. Our products are certified with CE, UKCA, FDA, and other international standards, covering four main areas: laser marking, welding, cutting, and cleaning. Laser marking machines are our flagship products, and our equipment is widely used in industries such as 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, medical devices, jewelry crafts, and food packaging.

HiSpeed Laser began operations in 2017, starting our journey as a small team of four. Today, we are a vibrant team of 20. We are a small but rapidly growing company, driven by a passion for product and service excellence. To date, HiSpeed Laser machines have been exported to over 80 countries worldwide, and we have established comprehensive distribution networks in various regions. Our core markets are concentrated in Europe and Southeast Asia: Europe includes important industrial nations like Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, UK, Poland, and Latvia; the Southeast Asian market is deeply rooted in manufacturing hubs such as South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, China. Additionally, we have strategic cooperation distributors in South American countries like Brazil and Peru. HiSpeed Laser offers OEM and ODM services and customized solutions to meet clients' unique needs and expectations.

We have built a comprehensive technical service system that covers the entire equipment lifecycle. Each machine is assigned a unique serial number upon leaving the factory and comes with its exclusive warranty certificate. Damaged parts within the warranty period are replaced free of charge (including international logistics fees). Technical inquiries receive a dedicated response within 3 working hours, collaborative troubleshooting within 24 hours, and a solution within 48 hours. With nearly 10 years of development, HiSpeed Laser boasts a mature sales, production, and after-sales service team dedicated to serving our customers.

The Story of Our Founder, Mr. Lyu Yu

In 2007, Mr. Lyu Yu, a mechanical engineering graduate, joined a leading domestic laser equipment enterprise, starting as a foundational after-sales engineer. During his five years, handling over 20 equipment faults daily, he developed a habit of meticulously recording process parameters corresponding to every anomaly code. These technical logs, totaling over 120,000 characters, became the foundational data for our later intelligent diagnostic system.

After transitioning to a sales engineer role in 2013, Mr. Lyu Yu observed a disconnect between many clients' actual needs and standard solutions. At a particular electronics component factory in China, he spent three consecutive weeks on-site, ultimately boosting the client's yield rate from 83% to 91% by adjusting laser pulse width parameters. This approach of deep on-site insight remains a mandatory lesson for our company's product managers today.

In the early stages of entrepreneurship in 2017, Mr. Lyu Yu adhered to two core principles:

Every equipment model must undergo more than 2 hours of continuous real-world testing before market launch.
All technical solutions must offer three verifiable cost optimization paths.

This pragmatic approach paid off in 2019: by redesigning the laser optical path structure, we reduced equipment energy consumption by 28% while maintaining precision. In 2022, facing supply chain fluctuations, Mr. Lyu Yu led his team to validate seven alternative optical solutions in three months, ultimately saving clients 19% in maintenance costs while ensuring performance.

"The value of laser equipment is not on the specification sheet, but in the yield rate and energy consumption metrics of the client's workshop," Mr. Lyu Yu often states in internal technical review meetings.
