The mould repair laser welding machine features a focused spot diameter of merely 0.2-3.0mm, allowing for micron-level repairs with just a gentle touch on the mold surface. It is equipped with a microscope (magnification ≥20x) and a movable light arm that can be raised and lowered to ensure optimal welding illumination, enhancing work efficiency. An emergency stop button is included, which, when triggered, cuts off laser output within <0.1 seconds, ensuring operational safety.
YAG laser & xenon lamp
Employs a 1064nm wavelength laser with a single pulse energy up to 70-120J, providing concentrated photon energy and strong deep-penetration capability, suitable for continuous welding applications in mold repair. The xenon lamp's trigger voltage is precisely controlled, with discharge energy fluctuation <3%, ensuring welding consistency and an electro-optical conversion efficiency ≥30%.
Touch screen system
Features a high-definition LED touch screen that supports Chinese-English switching and real-time display of welding parameters for intuitive operation. It includes a built-in crosshair microscope with magnification ≥20x, allowing clear positioning of 0.1mm-level welds and preventing misoperation.
Three-dimensional load-bearing workbench
The workbench base is equipped with electric lifting, and movement uses precision ball screws and high-precision linear guides, making it lightweight, flexible, and precisely positionable, with a load capacity of up to 100kg.
Water chiller
